The backglass carries Gottlieb's famous phrase: Amusement Pinballs, as American as Baseball and Hot Dogs! According to The Pinball Compendium Electro-mechanical Era, 'Rainbow' was the last game from this manufacturer to use four colors on the cabinet artwork. Subsequent games used only three colors.
