Historical Notes

The backglass carries Gottlieb's famous phrase: Amusement Pinballs, as American as Baseball and Hot Dogs! We previously showed a date for this game of April 15, 1958. The new date is per Gottlieb documentation. A Hollywood movie, Picnic, opened to wide release in the USA in February, 1956.
