At start of game, all five top rollovers are lit. Scoring each lit rollover turns it dark and lights the corresponding pop bumper for increased score value. Turning all five top rollovers dark scores one extra ball and re-lights only the first, third, and fifth rollovers. Turning them dark scores one extra ball. These three rollovers repeatedly will re-light to award additional extra balls until the end of the game. Maximum displayed point score is 9,999 points. Tilt penalty: game over.

The Italian version of this game is Gottlieb's 1966 'Ice Show (Italy)'. The replay version is Gottlieb's 1965 'Ice-Revue'. The production run quantity of 400 units for 'Ice Show' is per Gottlieb documentation with a date of January 1966.
