Same playfield layout as Gottlieb's 1962 'Rack-A-Ball' and Gottlieb's 1969 'Mibs'. The pinball machines depicted in the backglass are Bowling Queen, Gaucho, and Flipper Clown. The earliest reference we found for this game was in The Billboard Jul-18-1964 page 41.
