North Star · 1949
Richelieu
Historical Notes
This game was one of two manufactured by a Canadian company. It had a brand new playfield and all the modern features of the time. Although rebuilt from old pinball machine bodies, the game was new in every other sense. The North Star games were made by brothers Gerard and Jacques Tremblay. The original price of this game was $295 Canadian. Impetus for the game was a ban on import of foreign pins between 1947 and 1951.
